Hello I'm Zoë
I believe in meeting people with warmth, honesty, and compassion. I know that starting therapy can bring about a range of feelings, so I aim to create a space that feels comfortable and down to earth — a place where you can be yourself and begin to make sense of whatever brings you here.

I value each person’s journey as unique and provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, past and present.
A Bit About Me
My approach
I have a collaborative approach, working alongside clients to help you make sense of your experiences, uncover your inner strengths, and move towards positive change at a pace that feels right for you.
Equality, diversity, and inclusivity are at the heart of my practice welcoming individuals of all backgrounds, genders, and sexualities and I am committed to creating a respectful and compassionate therapeutic environment.
I offer client-led Humanistic counselling, drawing on Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis approaches. This integrative style allows me to adapt to your unique needs and to work in a way that supports authentic growth and connection.
Supporting you with professional care
I am a fully qualified and registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

For you, this means peace of mind — knowing you’re working with someone who is professionally trained, accountable, and committed to providing ethical, high-quality support. You can find out more about the BACP [here].

Alongside my private practice I have worked in charitable settings for survivors of sexual abuse and low-cost counselling providers, helping make counselling accessable for all.
